EU fails with commercial deployment of carbon capture – EU auditors

EU-funded carbon capture and storage (CCS) projects have failed in the past largely because of a lack of coordination and long-term strategies that scared away investors, according to a report by the European Court of Auditors, reports Sam Morgan for EurActiv.
